Too Slow. Terrible customer service

Ordered this drive & received it fairly quickly. Unfortunately it was too slow for my needs. Returned it well within the 30 day period stated on the site and any attempt at contact for issuing my refund has been ignored. Raised the issue with the bank to dispute the payment as it seems like the owner of the site is ignoring any and all emails.

NOT compatible with PS4

It clearly states on the website it’s compatible with ps4s, it’s arrived and doesn’t work on the ps4 at all.
